Prices, payment and cancellation
How much does the AlpAway service cost?
Our planning fee starts at €150 per stay and depends on what we organise for you (flights, transfers, lessons, on-site services) and on the size of your group. The exact amount is shown on your quote, with no surprises.
How does payment work?
You receive a secure payment link for each service. The deposit (full or partial payment) and the balance due date depend on each provider’s terms, which we set out in your quote. Only our planning fee is paid at the time of booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Each service (accommodation, lessons, equipment, flights…) follows its provider’s own cancellation and refund terms, which are set out for each service in your quote, before anything is booked. Our planning fee is not refunded if you cancel, as it covers the work already done. If a cancellation is caused by a mistake on our side, it is refunded in full.
Can I get cancellation insurance?
Yes, cancellation insurance can be offered depending on the services you choose. Just ask when you receive your quote.
